1. Prohibited Content and Behavior

Spotter strictly prohibits any content or activity that involves:

• Sexual exploitation or abuse of minors

• Grooming or solicitation of minors

• Sharing or distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

Any violation will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

2. Reporting Mechanisms

Users can report inappropriate content or behavior directly within the app through:

• In-app reporting tools

• User profile reporting

• Support contact channels

All reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team.

3. Enforcement

We take immediate action upon detection or report of CSAE, including:

• Removing offending content

• Suspending or terminating accounts

• Reporting confirmed cases to relevant legal authorities

4. Compliance with Laws

Spotter complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including mandatory reporting obligations related to CSAM.
